- Kiwi can be eaten like an apple, peel and all! Makes them much more portable and retains more of the fiber – I do recommend buying organic if eating the peel (not necessary though with proper washing). Otherwise, slice in half and scoop out flesh.
- More is not better with selenium! The selenium in Brazil nuts is more bioavailable then supplements. It is not recommended to exceed two kernels per day unless otherwise directed. These two can be therapeutic, more can be too much.
