Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cup kale, chopped, (1 small bunch, dark green Dino kale recommended, any could be used)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until combined on medium high.
  2. Store in fridge for one week (or in an airtight container in the freezer for three months).
